•Wrote the Phase 2 production proposal — scope, team structure, budget — and won the follow-on contract.

•Deterministic merchandising engine (~410 LOC): safety-filtered ingredient extraction, need-based copy transformation, revenue-weighted ranking. No model call at request time, so ranking is unit-testable and fast.
•AI product-photography pipeline: reads the catalog from the Admin API, generates brand-constrained images with fal.ai, writes them back.
